Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Effective Date: February 10, 2026
Applicability: This SLA applies only to Pro Tier users.
1. Uptime Commitment
Rabbit SaaS Limited guarantees that the CronRabbit Service will be available 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month ("Uptime Guarantee").
2. Service Credits
If we fail to meet the Uptime Guarantee, you are eligible for the following Service Credits:

|---|---|
| < 99.9% | 10% of monthly fee |
| < 99.0% | 25% of monthly fee |
| < 95.0% | 100% of monthly fee |
3. Exclusions
The Uptime Guarantee does not apply to downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance (with 24h notice).
- Force Majeure events (e.g., AWS region outage, war, flood).
- Issues with your own equipment or internet connection.
4. Claims
To receive a credit, you must email support@rabbitsaas.com within 30 days of the incident. Credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for any performance or availability issues.
