Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

Applicability: This SLA applies only to Pro Tier users.

1. Uptime Commitment

Rabbit SaaS Limited guarantees that the CronRabbit Service will be available 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month ("Uptime Guarantee").

2. Service Credits

If we fail to meet the Uptime Guarantee, you are eligible for the following Service Credits:

< 99.0%25% of monthly fee
< 95.0%100% of monthly fee

3. Exclusions

The Uptime Guarantee does not apply to downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with 24h notice).
  • Force Majeure events (e.g., AWS region outage, war, flood).
  • Issues with your own equipment or internet connection.

4. Claims

To receive a credit, you must email support@rabbitsaas.com within 30 days of the incident. Credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for any performance or availability issues.
